Cadbury Camp
Cadbury Camp is an Iron Age hillfort set on a ridge above Tickenham in North Somerset. Its double banks and ditches enclose a broad grassy plateau, defences raised more than two thousand years ago and grazed quietly ever since. The open hilltop carries long views across the Gordano valley towards the Bristol Channel, and the springy turf is good for chalk and limestone flowers in summer.
