Arnside Knott
Arnside Knott rises modestly above the Kent estuary, yet its summit serves up an outsized view across Morecambe Bay to the Lakeland fells. Limestone grassland, juniper and gnarled yews support rare butterflies and lime-loving wildflowers. Short paths weave up through the woods to the trig point, where the estuary's shifting sands stretch out below.
