The Fleece Inn
The Fleece Inn at Bretforton in Worcestershire is a remarkably unspoilt medieval farmhouse pub that has been serving ale continuously for centuries, and is one of very few pubs owned by the National Trust. Its ancient interiors โ flagstone floors, pewter collections and inglenook fireplaces โ have barely changed in hundreds of years. It is also famous as the home of the Bretforton Asparagus Festival, celebrating the Vale of Evesham's finest crop.
