Midsummer Hill
Midsummer Hill is a southern summit of the Malvern Hills, straddling the Herefordshire and Worcestershire border. Its top carries the earthwork ramparts of a large Iron Age hillfort, enclosing two hilltops and once home to a sizeable settlement. The climb is steep but rewards walkers with sweeping views over the surrounding counties, while bracken, grassland and old quarry faces clothe the slopes below.
