Attingham Park
Attingham Park is one of the grandest Regency mansions in England, set within a sweeping deer park beside the River Tern on the Shropshire plain. Designed in the 1780s, its elegant interiors were later remodelled by John Nash, giving the house a Nash picture gallery of rare beauty. Beyond the house, miles of parkland walks lead through ancient trees and meadows with views back to the pale stone façade.
